Dieting is not for the Weak!!!!

Nor is it for the people who enjoy food! Lover boy and I are going on vacation (with his entire side of the family) in a couple of weeks. We are blessed to be going to Santa Rosa Beach Florida, where the sand is white and the water is blue!!! I am incredably excited, well at least I was until I busted my back and the chiropractor said I couldn't work out! So my great plan of getting super toned and cute during July went away. I have found that inactivity really helps those love handles GROW!
So my great plan for the next 3 weeks is to be a rabbit...and so far I've done pretty good. I've cut out most carbs, and I limit my sugar and meat intake. But I've fond that this creates a monster in your tummy that is always craving food. IT doesn't even have to be good food, everything just looks amazing! Forget watching TV, you'll eat the screen when restaurants advertise their wares!
So Lover boy took me to lunch today, we went to Baker Bro's, and surprise surprise, I got a salad. He asked me what was wrong, and I just about exploded screaming "I want Lasagna, I want Chicken Parmesan, I want tomato sauce on noodles and I want it covered in CHEESE!!!!!!!" After the people around quit staring and the look of humilation crossed his loving face, I realized I'm not a good dieter!!!! And if I keep this up, I'm going to turn into one of those crazy ladies who raid the pantry during the night, only to be found in the morning gripping a container of cookie dough and ice cream covering her face!
All this to say, Dieting is soooo not for the weak, and I commend all the ladies out there who can pull it off with dignity! WAY TO GO! I'm still working on it! I've discovered that chewing lots and lots of gum helps....but now I'm scared of losing my teeth. Geez, if we can put a man on the moon, why can't we figure out a way to make women loose weight while watching TV?! Seriously!

You're so funny! As a woman who doesn't even need to be dieting, you're nuts! LOL! Eat what you like, just be active, silly! I eat all the time...I'm surprised I'm not 500 pounds! ROFL!
